Sourcing & procurement

We work directly with brand owners and authorised distributors to secure inventory at terms that work for both sides. Documentation, authenticity, and chain-of-custody are non-negotiable.

Account management

We maintain seller accounts on the major retail platforms in good standing — listing hygiene, compliance, IP correspondence, and operational support handled in-house.

Inventory & logistics

Receiving, prep, labelling, and onward shipment to fulfilment centres or buyer warehouses. Tracked throughout, reconciled monthly.

Reporting & reconciliation

Clear monthly statements: units moved, sell-through, returns, fees, and net position. No surprises and no creative accounting.

Brand protection

We respect MAP, authorisation policies, and territory restrictions. If a brand asks us to step back from a SKU, we step back the same day.

Introduction

A short call or email exchange. We confirm fit, talk through the categories you're interested in, and explain how we work — before either side commits to anything.

Terms & paperwork

Mutual NDA, resale documentation where applicable, and a written purchase or distribution agreement. Plain language; no surprises buried in clauses.

III.

Pilot order

We start small on purpose. A first cycle gives both sides a chance to verify timelines, quality, and communication without anyone overcommitting.

IV.

Standing arrangement

Once a rhythm is established, we move to recurring purchase orders with monthly reconciliation and quarterly reviews of what's working.
